Mdmevault app is a secure mobile document management solution. With this app, users can define new categories and attributes with which documents are tagged. This allows users to further search based on the tags to locate the right document. The app also provides graph utility which provides visual representation of the documents based on the specified search criteria.
With it you can:
• Browse, download, upload, email, and delete documents
• Save content (document, images, text and voice) to local device, cloud or both based on user selection
• Open, Save and index email attachments
• Create categories and index attributes. For e.g. create category as Invoices and the index attributes for this category as invoice date, amount and due date.
• Index the content that is tagging the content so that the content could be located easily based on the tags.
• OCR the captured document image to extract the text off of document image. The document object is indexed and saved with the captured image, extracted text along with comments
• Efficient Search for the content based on the user provided index data. The search is provided for the documents stored on both local and cloud.
• Utilize voice as a dictation mechanism to document notes which could be saved to local or cloud
• Include multiple pages under one document object. For e.g. users may choose to take photo of multiple pages within a book but still want to save it under one document object
• Share content via email, text, Photo library, Facebook and Twitter.
• Users may choose to store the content in the device clipboard
• Automatically synchronize content to the Cloud in case of no network connectivity
